Project 1: Mobile Field Data Management & NDVI Crop Analysis
- Built REST API backend enabling 700+ field workers to collect real-time operations data with offline capability and background synchronization
- Eliminated 2-3 day delays from manual paper-based transcription, saving 1,400 working hours daily
- Integrated drone-based NDVI imagery analysis automating crop stress detection and reducing decision-making lag from 1-2 weeks to hours
- Impact: Significant yield increase due to real-time response to crop condition changes
Project 2: GPS Fleet Management & Safety System
- Designed GPS-based fleet safety system for 200+ trucks with real-time geofencing and audio/haptic alerts preventing vehicles from veering off roads during low-visibility conditions (10-15m fog)
- Developed real-time operations tracking dashboard for truck locations, cargo status, and driver performance
- Impact: Achieved 100% incident prevention — zero fog-related accidents (previously 2-3 per season)
Project 3: Industrial Equipment Predictive Maintenance
- Implemented predictive maintenance for hundreds of equipment units (tractors, combines) with vibration sensors, maintenance schedules, and operating hours
